Offers $29.95 oil change, then charges $72 for oil change plus "shop supplies" and labor, and Tax, and finally discounts the $30 and charges the $42 Offers $29.95 oil change, then charges $72 for oil change plus "shop supplies" and labor, and Tax, and finally discounts the $30 and charges the $42 difference. The tax was expected, but the rest is pure deception. This is like advertising a hamburger for $10, then charging an additional $10 for labor (cooking) and and adding on more for the use of "kitchen utensils". Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. You just lost a 15 year customer. Oh and they offered an uber ride to get back to the dealership. It took 4 times for them to send the uber driver to my house instead of to the dealer. When I mentioned that to the manager, they blamed uber. Nothing like a business that always shifts all blame elsewhere and never takes responsibility. Sorry for the repeat bad press on this, but you keep sending me emails requesting feedback. More

I've been coming to the same dealer for many years (every six months) and upon occasion have encountered an advisor who tried to sell me a service I really didn't need. Taylor was very helpful with my unusual situation. A tie down belt came off another vehicle while driving on I-75. From somewhere and it hit my grill when I was going 75 MPH. I didn't know what I hit until I pulled off the highway and took a look. The belt went through my grill and I couldn't get all of the belt out. Since I wasn't far from your dealership, I brought it in to have your staff look at it. Taylor was great at quickly getting it looked at and the rest of the belt removed from the grill. Fortunitely there was no other damage to the car. Taylor did a great job. More
