Steve was a great person, he was very friendly and easygoing from the jump and answered all the questions we had. Great group of people at this dealership. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. I had been to a couple other dealerships prior to this one and customer service was not good at all came in contact with was very nice and helpful. Service department is not organized and the facility is awful! I was told I had to go to Dunkin’ Donuts or go outside to porta potty in the freezing cold after a major snow storm to use the rest room. I Ha awful! I was told I had to go to Dunkin’ Donuts or go outside to porta potty in the freezing cold after a major snow storm to use the rest room. I Had 10 appointment for my 10,000 oil change and it took an hour and a half! I was told I would be in and out but that was not the case. I believe this facility should be closed until their major construction is finished, it’s really ridiculous to have to wait in a garage bay and walk to Dunkin Donuts to use a bathroom! More
