Brought car in for warranty issue to be corrected, women neglected to inform me that they needed access to back seat. She said if "you run right down and clean it out we can have the car ready this afterno neglected to inform me that they needed access to back seat. The person doing intake should have noticed that the back seat had stuff in it when I dropped it off yesterday. What a group of morons. More
