Recently it began losing coolant internally somewhere. I had a Dealer loaner car while the problem was diagnosed, which in the end was not worth the repair cost. The Dealership sold me a new 2020 RAV4 Limited at a TruCare price and permitted me to keep the loaner car until the new car arrived at the Dealership from PA. Great price and great customer service.
