Low Pressure Experience & Delivered What was Promised Just purchased my first ever Toyota. From the moment I saw that CH-R on the road I new I had to get mine. BUT it had to be that hot Red Flare Pearl co Just purchased my first ever Toyota. From the moment I saw that CH-R on the road I new I had to get mine. BUT it had to be that hot Red Flare Pearl color - nothing else would do! LOL I first inquired online and Heather got back to me right away. I then had called CJ the Manager, who was referred to me soon after my initial online inquiry, by one of my friends who has used this dealership on her last (4) car purchases. I explained to him exactly what I wanted. He said I can come on down and test drive a black one they had on the lot and then said no problem they would order me the one in red that I wanted. So I made an appointment and came down to meet with my Salesman, Steve Lang. Steve was awesome! Great guy, super friendly, not pushy at all. He understood I knew EXACTLY what I wanted and was confident he could hit all my expectations. Three days later I picked her up and drove her home and oh boy my "Roxie" is a beautiful girl! Liars I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at this location but the service department is awful. They had me going in for free oil changes, which I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at this location but the service department is awful. They had me going in for free oil changes, which sounds great except they always find something else that needs work. No real surprise. Now my car has 130,000 miles on it and they tell me that my "free" oil change is only every 10k miles instead of the 5k miles they have always done. With so many miles on the car it should go in more frequently - not less!! I took the car to a friend who is a mechanic and need less to say, I won't be back here. They are liars! I'm sure it's worse if you're a female which is also infuriating. More
