They make your feel like family! When I went to purchase my 2019 RAV4 Hybrid I thought I knew everything about the car but our salesman Eli took it all to the next level. Eli exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in, making us feel like family. On top of all the knowledge he had to offer us, he was professional and accommodating. With only a few weeks left to move out of state they ensured I received the vehicle in an expedited time frame. the friendliness didn’t end at the show room, though. The finance department also made sure everything went smoothly and they honored all of the promotions they offered, on top of some other great things they did. In all encounters I had my 6 year old son and he was entertained the whole time, having the Dog there was the cherry on top! Thank you Toyota of Wallingford for such a great experience! Fred is the BEST! We have been loyal Toyota customers of another dealership since the 90s. I happened to stop into Wallingford one day and met Fred. He is a huge part of why we opted to lease our vehicle from Wallingford. Fred was so friendly and took his time to answer all my questions. I had explained to him that due to my husband being away for a few more weeks we were ready yet to lease. yet. I was dreading the inevitable pushing me to buy today, or calling me every day to get me to buy. I was pleasantly surprised that this didn't happen. Fred gave me his card, sent an email or two and politely asked if there was any questions he could answer for me. I stopped in a couple more times before I was ready to lease each time it was a pleasure to deal with Fred. I knew that as soon as we were ready to seal the deal that Fred would be "my guy" to make this happen. Sure enough, we Leased thru Fred. When it was time for delivery of the car Fred was a great teacher and took an extended amount of time to teach me everything that this new car did. I hadn't had a car before with all this technology, so Fred had quite a challenge to teach me. He was up to the task and did it with a smile on his face, taking all the time I needed to learn everything. I will certainly tell anyone I know to go see "My Guy Fred" when looking for a vehicle. I can't remember the finance guys name I think Dan. him and the Manager were also very easy to deal with and I thank them for being of service to us. More

Toyota Wallingford has a knowledgable staff After searching 4 Dealerships in CT, and unable to find a 2016 Toyota Rav LTD, Heather suggested a Hybrid and corrected my previous conception that Hy After searching 4 Dealerships in CT, and unable to find a 2016 Toyota Rav LTD, Heather suggested a Hybrid and corrected my previous conception that Hybrid means plug in. Not this one. I paid a little more for the low mileage one owner Toyota Rav 4 Limited Hybrid, but it had all the features I wanted and then some. The gas tank showed 479 miles til I need gas again, with gas prices around $3 a gallon, that is a pretty good deal. Jon Petro was my salesman and did a good job showing me how to work the various apps. He was personable and knowledgable. Only complaint I have is it wasn't detailed as well as it should have been. There was a gummy substance on the dashboard which came off when I rubbed it and various spots barely cleaned in the cargo hold. The black edging around the bottom wasn't polished- a simple procedure! I stopped at Advanced Auto and bought polish for the black plastic. Shouldn't have been necessary. This is a minor disadvantage, but wouldn't stop me from recommending them! More
