The vehicle was purchased new at Middletown Toyota, but the service there was BAD, always trying to upsell, sell me things I didn't need and when I had a repeated issue I sat down with the Middletown service manager ... he did not seem to care and was not interested in fixing the problem. So i went to Toyota of Wallingford ... WOW what a difference. All the folks at Wallingford Toyota are on the same page: build customer loyalty. I would highly recommend Wallingford Toyota for new, used and service.
