Great Experience and Got the Tacoma I've wanted!!! Myself and my fiancé went into Toyota of Wallingford looking for a new pickup truck. We were greeted by Elvin. Bill DiChello was enormously helpful in the financial office, and Bob Olson has really accomodated us with servicing our older car, a Yaris (which has 175,000 miles and is still going strong!) Low Stress Experience We decided to visit Toyota of Wallingford even though we thought we could not afford the Highlander. We were paired up with Steve Hernandez and right We decided to visit Toyota of Wallingford even though we thought we could not afford the Highlander. We were paired up with Steve Hernandez and right from the start we felt we were getting straight answers without any nonsense. This was refreshing since we had just had the typical "used car sales" experience from 2 other local dealerships. Steve answered ALL of our questions directly and honestly helping us determine what we could afford and what was not realistic for us. We will be picking up our new Toyota Highlander tomorrow night! Excellent Experience, No Pressure, Educated Salesman Originally my wife and I came into this dealership with intentions of looking at a Toyota Rav4. Tim Roy was our sales man who we had the pleasure of Originally my wife and I came into this dealership with intentions of looking at a Toyota Rav4. Tim Roy was our sales man who we had the pleasure of working with. He took the time to get to know what we were looking for, what our price range was, and gave us a thorough explanation and tutorial of all the bells and whistles that the Rav4 had to offer. Everything from opening the hood, to explanation all of the features of the navigation system. We must have spent at least an hour and a half. Never did he pressure us to buy the car that day. Fast forward i had intended to buy a Chevy Silverado and had pretty much committed already. I slept on it and came in the next day to speak to Tim about the Toyota Tacoma. Again he walked me through all of the features and navigation (many of which were the same for the Tacoma). We took it for a ride and i changed my mind to purchase the Tacoma. A lot more bells and whistles than the plain old Chevy Silverado. I'm loving the Tacoma and we are picking up the Rav4 on Saturday. Needless to say what we thought was going to be a 1 car purchase turned into two due to the great experience and sales experience. More
