Exceeded expectations! I stopped by Toyota of Wallingford due to their large inventory of certified-used-vehicles. My credit is not so great but my salesman, Tim Roy assured I stopped by Toyota of Wallingford due to their large inventory of certified-used-vehicles. My credit is not so great but my salesman, Tim Roy assured me that he would work the best possible arrangement for my situation. I was really looking for a Rav4 and Tim showed me a low miles/1 owner in terrific condition. As everyone probably knows, the Rav4 has the absolute highest ratings in Consumer-Reports and is a very safe bet. This particular one was so nice that I decided to buy this first one I looked at! Tim Introduced me to Bill DiChello and Bill was able to work out financing that fit my budget. Overall a very painless process but here is the BIG News -These guy's were able to search and secure financing for me on the vehicle I wanted, cover this SUV with a bumper-to-bumper warranty for three years, all within my budget AND deliver the car with permanent plates the same day!!! Painless car-buying experience Like other reviewers, I was dreading the car-buying experience. We looked online to find the model and year we were looking for and we found that Toy Like other reviewers, I was dreading the car-buying experience. We looked online to find the model and year we were looking for and we found that Toyota of Wallingford had the best selection of Certified Pre-Owned Camry's. When we walked in, we were greeted by Angelo Capodiferro who was so NOT a "used car salesman." He was warm and funny, honest and truly knowledgeable about the products. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, but we did find the exact car we wanted that day and closed the deal. Angelo was very patient in answering our questions, helping me sync my phone with the electronics in the car and even helped troubleshoot a minor issue we encountered after the purchase. The car is in excellent condition, with all the bells and whistles I wanted. And we felt the price was very fair. At the end of the transaction, we felt like Angelo was an old friend and are very happy with our new Camry...and it came with a full tank of gas! Thank you! More
