Tim Roy was fantastic. Buying a car is often a dreaded task. For me, the salespeople are often the worst part. Tim was different than the others. He never asked what my desired monthly payment was - I hate that question most of all. I said I wanted to drive the Rav 4 hydrid. He took a copy of my license and some basic info and we went for a drive. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and about other cars in its class. He was never pushy or high pressure. He was available via phone on off hours when it was easiest for me to finalize the deal. Very glad that I stopped in on a Sunday and got to work with Tim. Bill the finance guy was great too. More
