They are a nightmare to deal with! We thought this dealer was great. We agreed to turn in our old lease 4 months early and lease a new RAV4 because they said they'd take over the last f We thought this dealer was great. We agreed to turn in our old lease 4 months early and lease a new RAV4 because they said they'd take over the last few payments. I love my RAV but I couldn't be more unhappy with the dealership. They never took over my payments, so I've been forced to make 2 car payments a month (1 for a car I already turned into them and don't even have!) Whenever I have tried to call and ask someone to fix this I am transferred to a voicemail and never called back or just blatantly hung up on. I finally got in touch with someone after 12 tries and was told they'd mail me a check for 2 of the payments. I had to argue with them to get them to pay all of the payments like it says in my contract. They said they would mail me a check and never have. They are absolutely horrible. I would NEVER recommend them. More
