This time however, I must confess that the experience was nothing short of pleasant. Isaac Cardona, the salesperson, was friendly, polite, courteous in all aspects of the transaction; a true professional and above all an outstanding gentleman. The car has performed superbly since, but on a few occasions I felt the need to contact Isaac for some simple explanations or inquiries and he has been very helpful and supportive, always demonstrating a friendly and pleasant attitude.
