Lou was right there when we walked through the doors and helped us for a good four hours on 5/8. He worked with what I was looking for ( a new Corolla) and we test drove some. When we went to price some out I realized that a new car was a little out of budget, but no worries! Lou had a used Corolla with everything I was looking for and fit within my budget! The whole time Lou was very personable and had a great sense of humor which made the whole process less daunting! I would definitely recommend Toyota of Wallingford to more friends and family! Enjoyable purchasing experience I did quite a bit of searching/researching on the web before deciding to inquire about a vehicle. I had concluded that if I decided to purchase a vehicle, I would mainly be interested in a qualified pre-owned vehicle, particularly a Toyota. I had no prior experience with this dealership, but I continued to be drawn to it. Finally, it just felt right and I inquired about a Toyota Corolla. The response was prompt and I spoke with Dan Roberts and made an appointment for the following day. When I arrived everyone was very pleasant and Dan was already out in the lot. Unfortunately, the vehicle I wanted to see had been sold, but I took a look at other vehicles and was interested in a Toyota Camry. Dan answered all my questions, I explained my current financial situation and he was able to get me in the car within my budget, with some help from Bill in finance. So I am a proud owner of a 2011 Qualified pre-owned Toyota Camry LE. I will definitely recommend Toyota of Wallingford to friends and family. More
