Fantastic sales experience My wife and I visited Toyota of Wallingford on 1/10/15 to hopefully order a new Highlander Limited Hybrid.. We had previously bought a Camry Hybrid a My wife and I visited Toyota of Wallingford on 1/10/15 to hopefully order a new Highlander Limited Hybrid.. We had previously bought a Camry Hybrid and a Highlander hybrid there in 2007 & 2008. We met a new salesman, Tim Roy, and he was so nice and helpful and totally surprised us by showing us two cars that met our expectations. Having thought we would have to order one, we were totally blown away by seeing the exact car I wanted on the lot and he proceeded to make a fail offer on my 2008 as a trade (even though it had 176,000 miles on it. Time and the whole experience there wasby far more than we would expect.from a dealership. We both take our card there for service even though we live 25 miles away. and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Because of my great experi I bought my very first car (Toyota Prius) five years ago from this dealership after it was recommended by a family friend. Because of my great experience buying the car and, also, trust in the service department, I returned to buy my second car. This time, I worked with Zubair Mumtaz and Sohail Butt to buy a new Toyota Prius. They made the whole process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery, fairly quick and very smooth. Besides giving me a good price, they answered all of my questions and took care of transferring the insurance to my new car. Zubair also helped me return my rental car. I would definitely recommend this Toyota dealership to others. Everyone I have interacted with there is very professional and courteous. More

Car buying made easy The 12v in my Prius (purchased elsewhere) had to be jump started. This dealer was the closest so I pulled in to have them check my battery. Having never been there I wasn't sure of the drill. A salesperson, Tim Roy, saw my confusion and offered assistance. He brought me into service where I was greeted by very friendly staff. They took my car right away. Ironically I was planning on trading in my Prius for a small SUV. I've been a Toyota customer since 1992 and was interested in the RAV4 Limited. I told this to Tim and he brought one around for me to check out. I also said that I would not be buying any car without doing my own research first and that I had a long relationship with another dealer. I appreciated that he did not pressure me. He explained the vehicle and answered my questions. I returned to this dealer to buy the car from Tim for several reasons: 1. He did not bug me - he respected I needed time to do my research and that I had a relationship with another dealership. 2. His first priority was helping me with my Prius - he had no way of knowing I was in the market for an SUV. 3.. He was honest about what they would and would not negotiate. 4. I felt comfortable with him I also appreciate that Jason Pallas made the paperwork painless and quick. I never felt pressured. I went back today with remote start and navigation questions and Jon Haury from service sat in my car with me to help me out. He was fantastic! While there, Tim came out to say hi and offer his assistance. I believe I've found my new favorite dealership! - Jan More
