We bought my husband's Corolla at Toyota of Wallingford back in 2004 and had no hesitation in returning to look for a used car for our teenage daughter. We had a specific budget limitation, and the salesman ("YAS") worked patiently with us on this for several days, identifying 2 cars that could work within that budget, taking us for test drives, working out a price etc. In the end we didn't buy either car (it's hard shopping for a teen) but along the way, I spotted a new, special edition Corolla that I decided I'd like to own myself-- and the same salesman helped us to complete that purchase. My daughter later told me that she liked the music, the tables with poinsettias and that it "felt friendly." More

Jeff and Mike were very efficient with the sales process. The sales room was very inviting and the staff was very accommodating. When we did we we're provided with an equal loaner car for the duration. Brought in '92 prius after son hit a tree. Casey was wonderful. Communicated well and even gave us a discount probably since we've brought three toyota cars in for either sevrice or tires in the past c wonderful. The only thing that I was confused about was why the broken rearview mirror wasn't included in repair. It was overlooked and now we have to bring it in somewhere to have it replaced. That's a pain in the neck. Casey brought the car over to a partner who does body work for an estimate on a small corner that was broken but they want to replace the entire bumper. I would like Toyota to have a body shop partner who would be willing to do patch type work as now we are left to patch it on our own. Another pain. Overall Toyota was great however. More

I actually enjoyed buying a car for the first time, he was that good. Honestly Frank should be nominated as Sales Manager of the Year. He even was the best dressed salesman i have ever seen,nice shoes frank, this guy has got class. My sister also bought a car from Frank and she has only good things to say also. This Dealership gives Free Lifetime Oil changes, Free Lifetime Batteries, Free Lifetime car washes with service, what else could you ask for. I am not going to ever buy a car from any other toyota dealership again. This is definitely going to be my go to place when i need to buy another car.
