Mike was extremely helpful and full of knowledge. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and made the trading process as smooth as possible. Stu was professional and seemed to be upfront and out of his way to answer all of our questions and made the trading process as smooth as possible. Stu was professional and seemed to be upfront and honest. Laid out many options and matched a trade we were offered at another dealer. It was clear that all staff were out to meet customer expectations and make sales. Paul made the financing smooth and was able to answer questions that we had. He added humor to the process and again made everything go smooth. After filling out a request for a quote online, Sam was in contact with us the following day and numerous times following that. She was our first contact with the dealership and met with us the day we test drove. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely do business in the future with Toyota of Wallingford! I came into Toyota of Wallingford because I was considering making the switch to a hybrid car as I have a long commute to work. My sales associate was Yas, and he was endlessly patient, informative and took the time to really help me make my decision. I also worked a great deal with Stu, and he was excellent. He went above and beyond to not only help me make a decision, but to ensure that I was completely happy with my purchase. They located the exact car that I wanted at another dealer, and were able to get it on the lot and ready for me in no time at all. When I finally left with my car, Stu and Yas felt like friends, not sales associates. I have already recommended Toyota of Wallingford to others, and will continue to do so. Bought a mini van from this dealer. The dealer told us the vehicle had a lifetime warranty on the drive train. On year later the transmission went. Come to find out the van only had a 36 month warranty. C the vehicle had a lifetime warranty on the drive train. On year later the transmission went. The manager gave us a lease price of $678 a month with our damaged trade. Middletown toyota on a highlander that was $1500 more gave us a price of $465 with our damaged trade. Long story short Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Dan, Stu and Gloria provided me with a buying experience that is unsurpassed in my 36 years of purchasing automobiles. I was treated like family there. They are very good listeners and as a result, no time was wasted in determining my needs and offering choices to meet them. We were able to put together a nice package in short order. Dan and Stu are very good at what they do and it shows. Even when I was ready to pick up the car my expectations were exceeded. I have often in the past called this portion of the transaction "the dreaded paperwork" but not at this dealership. Dan had informed Gloria ahead of time about my horror stories of being bogged down for hours on end at other dealerships. Well Gloria made sure that did not happen in this dealership. Before I could finish the hot cup of coffee that she graciously provided , I was finished and ha Ethernet keys to my new Rav 4 in my hands. Meanwhile Dan had already affixed my plates and was ready to give me the run down on the proper operation of the vehicle controls, even the subtle nuances of the vehicle that included the drive train systems and how to operate the blue tooth interface. I highly recommend this dealership and plan to purchase another new vehicle from them in the spring of 2013. Oh and the Rav4? A superior vehicle to the CRV that my wife and I had previously owned. That's when we decided to go to Toyota Wallingford because of their good reviews. After we submitted a request for a quote on the website, Ron Jackson called me and gave me a quote. Their dealership is a 30 mile drive from us but we drove there still. Mike Bush was the sales agent we talked to and he was very patient with us. Then we talked with Frank Mikolike about the price and he was flexible. Next was Paul Solomon and Sohail Butt. They were the people who made it possible for us to close the deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and would definitely go to them again shall we decide to buy a new car. More

I went in to look and drive a car, and was given the long spiel by the salesperson (while Steve R. was friendly and helpful) which I did not need. A manager was brought over after the dog and pony show and I found him to be condescending and frankly, rude to me and his own salesperson. I was able to get a significantly lower price in Torrington--which WFD could not match b/c they could not go "under invoice". They showed me a supposed internal form which honestly, felt false to me because I got better prices at a # of other dealers. After stating my other price offered, my salesperson just stopped responding w/o even an "I'm sorry I just can't do that" email. Overall, I found this dealership to be poor relative to all others I've been to. More
