We had a GREAT experience at Toyota of Wallingford. My husband and I wanted to trade in our Toyota Sienna Mini-van that we owned for 5 years for something new. Our kids loved all the options we had in our husband and I wanted to trade in our Toyota Sienna Mini-van that we owned for 5 years for something new. Our kids loved all the options we had in our mini van and were unsure if they could like a car as much as the van. I know that it could be hard to shop for a car with kids, however for us it is a family choice. Ron and the staff were so understanding and accommodating to the kids. Not knowing what kind of car we wanted, Ron showed us several different ones. At the point when I thought we were probably confusing the salesman as to what car we wanted, he turned to us and said " I got it, I know exactly what you are looking for". Ron was right! He was listening to all of our family needs in a car, he brought us over to the Highlander it has leather seats, navigation, blue tooth , moon roof and third row. We were sold!! Thank you Ron for helping us pick our new family car. WE LOVE IT! More

From the moment we walked in the door professionalism was evident. We were greeted with welcome smiles and made to feel at home (chairs, water, coffee, etc.). I purchased a Scion tC on Monday July 10th, this was one of many trips I have made various car dealerships in my life. I must say after having dealt with my share of unprofessional, pushy and all out lousy of many trips I have made various car dealerships in my life. I must say after having dealt with my share of unprofessional, pushy and all out lousy sales people, my expectations were low. However my salesman Leo Gallardo quickly changed all of that by treating my girlfriend and me with respect and with a straight forward professional approach. At no point did I feel pressured into buying the car or like Leo was not on my side. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in a vehicle and I am even planning on going back there in the near future for my girlfriend. There was also Gloria Fernandez in the financial department who took care of my loan. She was a pleasure to have met and to work with. She was very detailed in her explanation of the documents and the various loans available to me. One piece of advice I would give to anyone buying a car is to see the financial department before you get overly concerned with the price of the vehicle. In this case Gloria was able to clarify some questions and concerns I had that made the sale much smoother than I expected.
