I put $500 down on a car but wanted to discuss it first with my husband. They encouraged me to take the car home. It was late and I didn't want to deal with taking the car seats out of it. So I said I would come back. 2 days later, they cashed my check. I went back to get my check a couple of days later, Stewart and Mike tried to get me into another car. After I was not convinced of buying a car that night, I asked when I could get my deposit back. Stewart said they would process the paperwork and mail it to me. This was 7 days ago. I have made repeated phone calls to the facility, only to be told, "they're not in, would you like to leave a message." with no return phone call. Being told by Frank he would call me back the other day, no return phone call. Come to find out, they are having troubles with their phones, and not receiving their messages. After making complaints to Toyota, BBB, and talking w Diane Roberts, the customer relations person, I have received my $500 back. More

Dan is an exceptional salesman. He has an innate ability to make one comfortable in his presence. This fosters the ability to speak your mind and not feel as is judgement may be upon you. I've never enjoyed car shopping because I've always felt very pressured by the car sales staff. Until now it has not been a positive experience.
