My 2007 Camry was in for a Transmission shift problem, wich was to be repaired. When I got the car back, it is still not right.It shifts differently, a little bit like a truck. This to me is obvious and if the car was really test driven it should have been fixed before the car was returned to me. I also have a bad squeak in my dashboard, this has been in your shop twice to be fixed although your records only show once. I spent apx $1500.00 on an extended warranty that covers supposedly all problems including electronics. I was told that the dash was not under warranty anymore and I was now only covered for the powertrain, wich i got when purchased this car as a certified used car. So what do I get for my $1500.00? Even if the dash was no longer under warranty you should have repaired it, because if you fixed it right in the first place it would not be an issue now. You seem to be trying to get out of warranty work and if i had to pay for trans repair you would have spent more time making sure it was right. I dealt with Katey at service who is very profesional and nice but that didn't get my car fixed. This has been a bad winter and with all the snow it is difficult to be without my car. When I set up an appt. for service I expect to get my car back fixed. I feel like I was duped into purchasing the extended warranty.I would not reccommend yor dealership because the warranty shell game is no way to treat a customer. Mark Warner More

My husband and I have just leased a 2011 Rav4 from Toyota and Scion of Wallingford. We had previously leased a 2008 Rav4 and we really enjoyed this car. Based upon our experience with the 2008 Rav4, there was no doubt that we would lease another vehicle from this dealership. The service department was also great to work with as well. Our experience with our salesperson, Dave Goduti, was exceptional. Dave made sure we understood all the facts/figures,had the car ready for our pickup and then went over all of the details of the car to make sure we were comfortable. It is always a little "unnerving" to go through the process of buying or leasing a vehicle. Dave made this experience for us a pleasure. More

Since the first day I started looking for a car, I wanted a BMW or Mercedes. My parents suggested a Toyota because they are very dependable, and prices are reasonably fair. I visited my local dealership which was Toyota and Scion of Wallingford. I had purchased a Jetta that had multiple problems. Toyota's service was excellent! They always had a loaner ready, and always gave me the best prices. My Jetta was being repaired at Langan Volkswagen up the street for two months. Volkwagen had sold me a misleading extra insurance that did not want to pay for any of the damages on my Volkswagen. Toyota of Wallingford was so kind to pay for all of these fee's that Volkswagen did not want to cover. I ended up trading in my Volkswagen after four months and have purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry LE. It may have been the best thing I did. Steve Zion and Vale Santos were the most helpful Managers a customer could have asked for. They have searched high and low for this camry to fit me. They have spent long hours calling Volkswagen while my car was at Langen Volkswagen. Although the Volkswagen I purchased was a lemon, Toyota made my experience excellent due to their customer Service. The Service department was also very kind for everything I came in for. If I ever have to buy another car, it would be at the Toyota of Wallingford. Sometimes good prices can win the customer over. But Toyota of Wallingford has EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EXTREMELY FAIR prices! Vale Santos tries his hardest to satisfy each and every customer. Vale and Steve have both extremely showed me their concern and dedication to their job. They went above and beyond and it has left a wonderful memory in the back of my mind. I truly recommend The Toyota of Wallingford to anyone who wants a well built, dependable car with excellent customer service thanks to all of the wonderful employees!!! More
my wife and i were in need of a new car back in september. we purchased a 2010 corolla from frank and were pleased with his patronage and service towards us. he told us to relax cause he was goin september. we purchased a 2010 corolla from frank and were pleased with his patronage and service towards us. he told us to relax cause he was going to put my wife in something she would like. and she did. we liked the way he treated us and approached us when we drove in. we went to two other places and no one even bothered to come out of the dealership.(subaru and jeep) last week problems started coming along with our truck and went to frank again. needless to say he put a smile on our faces twice this year!!! he put us in a 2011 tacoma and it is superb. thanks frank for all your help!!! you are the man!!!
