I brought my car into their shop today for my first oil change and tire rotation since I bought my car. I was greeted in the parking lot by Bailey. He was so friendly! He was patient while I gathered every change and tire rotation since I bought my car. I was greeted in the parking lot by Bailey. He was so friendly! He was patient while I gathered everything I needed and while I got my two granddaughters out of their carseats! He then proceeded to walk me into the building to show me the waiting area, the play area (which my granddaughters loved!), and where I sign in. There I was greeted by Noel, who couldn't have been any friendlier! He was so kind to my granddaughters, showing interest in their new toys and even taking the time to cut the toys out of their packaging! The whole time he was chatting and making the whole experience fun! I was very impressed with the great customer service! My granddaughters asked me on the way home when we could go back. Thank you Toyota! More
I was in for a 10k service visit. I had a 2pm appointment. I arrived on time. When I scheduled, I indicated I would be waiting for the car. When I got there I was told that it would b I had a 2pm appointment. I arrived on time. When I scheduled, I indicated I would be waiting for the car. When I got there I was told that it would be an hour and a half wait. A hour and a half to change the oil and rotate the tires. About 1/2 hour service. The service advisor did manage to get the car back to me in an hour and 15 MiB. because I let her know I had another appointment to get to. I'm not sure if this is what Toyota considers an average wait time when you have a scheduled appointment and you are waiting for the car. It's inconvenient at best and seems excessive. More
