I had such a wonderful experience at Toyota of Wallingford! I went in to get my wipers replaced. When I called in the morning to see if I needed an appointment for that, Megan, my service advisor said I only needed to pull into the garage and som When I called in the morning to see if I needed an appointment for that, Megan, my service advisor said I only needed to pull into the garage and someone would come out and install them. Indeed, the parts guy came out and installed the wipers right away while I was in the car. When I went to start the car, it was dead. I couldn't believe it. How fortunate for me to have it die right where it would need to be to fix it! I went in to the service counter to tell Megan what happened. Despite not having an appointment and being fully booked, she said she would have the driver bring me home while she found someone to work on the car. It was ready in just a few hours. I love Toyota of Wallingford and Megan is proving to be a very good service advisor. In my eyes she had big shoes to fill as Bob was my advisor for 40 years! More
