I do not know who Tara is. I had Robert and the experience was terrible. I was initially told the service on my GS 350 would take an hour. (It ended up being over two.) When leaving work on Monday night at midnight, my 2019 RX350 would not start. I was able to jump it and contacted TC Lexus the following morning. They were able to squeeze me in Tuesday morning and swap RX350 would not start. I was able to jump it and contacted TC Lexus the following morning. They were able to squeeze me in Tuesday morning and swapped out the battery under warranty. I can not say enough good things about the folks at Treasure Coast Lexus. They treat you as though you are family, and do everything at a high level. This is why I buy Lexus products and will continue to do so for many years to come. More
