I live in Vero Beach Florida closest Lexus dealer In Fort Pierce or Melbourne. I’ve had my car serviced at Fort Pierce approximately 45 minutes from my house. The battery on my car was dead I needed service and a new battery. In the past I have had valet service especially since I was having a very difficult time jumping my car. Dealership policy has changed so I had to get my car there. I love my car but would think twice about buying another Lexus because the dealerships are so far away. I was given a loaner. Everyone that worked there was very nice and professional, Service drive personnel were the best. Very happy with the experience and employees dealership it’s just too far away for a senior with a dead battery and no one to help me. More
