The service department has totally lost its effectiveness. Getting an appointment booked takes an act of God. When you do get the car services they don’t do everything you asked and I am still effectiveness. Getting an appointment booked takes an act of God. I want to start off saying the dealership itself is amazing. I had an appointment with Ms. Ana Rodriguez and the conversation and her attitude were great.
