Lexus Service Dept. Continues to Deliver GREAT Service! TC Lexus contacted me to schedule regular maintenance on my 2016 RX 350. I mentioned to the person responsible for scheduling that I also had a probl TC Lexus contacted me to schedule regular maintenance on my 2016 RX 350. I mentioned to the person responsible for scheduling that I also had a problem with paint pealing on a small area on the front bumper (by the right headlight). I was politely told that paint issues were my responsibility, and I was given a phone number of the paint shop used by TC Lexus. I contacted my salesman, Carlton Duncan, and explained the situation. I emailed him pictures of the problem and we agreed that it had nothing to do with a rock chip or owner error. He made arrangements for the area to be repainted while the car was in for routine service this week. This is just ANOTHER example of the great service provided by TC Lexus. I have been a client of TC Lexus since moving to FL in 2010. The professionalism and service provided by this dealership is exactly the reason I purchased another Lexus from them. More
