Honest and efficient. I like to use Treasure Coast Lexus when we are in Florida. It is more laid back than other Lexus dealers, and more personal. This year, I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. My dashboard warning was telling me it was time for service. I was fully prepared to pay for this maintenance, however the service mgr. (Kathy?) explained that the oil didn't need to be changed until the next service period. I couldn't believe my ears! Here was a service dept. that was totally honest and not trying to gouge me. I did have the tires rotated, and was on my way shortly thereafter with my nicely-washed RX 350. The whole experience was enjoyable, and I had peace and quiet in the waiting area to catch up on some correspondence. Matt Vollmer More
