JULY 15TH 2017 - Continued On the above date, I rated this dealership and my salesman. Now here is a 3 month update. When I test drove the vehicle I purchased, I noticed the f On the above date, I rated this dealership and my salesman. Now here is a 3 month update. When I test drove the vehicle I purchased, I noticed the front left wheel seemed to have an issue. When I questioned the salesman about it, I was told "it's just from the car sitting and that once it driven it would round out." Well that was not the case. About 1000 miles later to include a 4 hour trip the wheel/tire still is not right and still doing the same thing. I contacted my salesman and unfortunately did not receive a response. Now granted I did purchase the vehicle "as is" but at the same time, I did inquire about this time before I bought it. Would I recommend this dealership? Yes, if purchasing new, if used no. More

Pierce to lease a car, but after looking at 3 other dealerships, I went online. Shaun Bozorg from Treasure Coast Lexus contacted me and after a few minutes of speaking to him he gained my trust. We discussed all the details, came to an agreement, he put everything down in an email including the vin number of the car I was interested in. I was concerned about driving an hour and a half to find a different car or added fees.To our pleasant surprise the only surprise we had was the fact that everyone we dealt with at Treasure Coast was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Everything Shaun promised was there. Paul Licausi took over and was extremely kind and helpful.We test drove the car and he answered all of our questions in a very pleasant way. Besides doing the paperwork efficiently and explaining everything, he was considerate enough to transfer our belongings from our old Lexus to the new one, being careful to place the items in the same location they were in our old car. He was a pleasure to deal with. Then Rick Russell took over to explain all the gadgets. He made it very simple and took his time explaining everything. He was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. A great personality. My wife and I would heartily recommend this dealership to any of our friends. The owner should be extremely proud of his employees. More
