Excellent service and service Staff Kathy Register Excellent Service staff, however, extremely poor response from Management. I had an issue at end of lease and sent a registered letter to the owner as Excellent Service staff, however, extremely poor response from Management. I had an issue at end of lease and sent a registered letter to the owner as listed. That's been over a year ago, to date I have had no response. It's time to trade my car for a new model but I am uncomfortable with this dealership. Response is POOR at best.....Still in limbo, will be visiting other dealerships More
Great service for my car. Came to my home which is 30 minutes away, picked up my Lexus right on time, took it, service it, washed it and returned it by 5:00pm that same day! Exceptional Customer Service I only had my new RX350 for two weeks and had only driven 650 miles when I had an issue that wouldn't ordinarily be covered by warranty. I called and I only had my new RX350 for two weeks and had only driven 650 miles when I had an issue that wouldn't ordinarily be covered by warranty. I called and spoke to Gary Mariarossi and he instructed me to come in the next day and ask for him. I went in the next day and the problem was resolved at no cost to me. A classy move that I appreciated. On another occasion, I went to the dealership to meet with the finance manager and thought I'd have my car washed while I was in the meeting. The service personnel did a great job on the car and sought me out to return my keys and let me know where my car was parked. More

I brought the 2010 rx450h in since I received two different speed limits when I went to Ft LAUDERDALE 1/24 nap system said 65 speed limit and dashboard showed 80mph. Speed limit.
