I came into Treasure Coast Lexus to receive service for my vehicle. Seymour asked me if I would be interested in trading my vehicle for a newer model. I wasn’t in the market for another vehicle but I agree my vehicle. Seymour asked me if I would be interested in trading my vehicle for a newer model. I wasn’t in the market for another vehicle but I agreed to look. We spoke about price points and he went to locate the vehicles. After test driving one of the models, I was a little more willing to consider the purchase. While the price started out way above my budget, Seymour was able to get the price down to where I was comfortable. He was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Everyone is so nice at Treasure Coast Lexus and I’m happy to be a part of the Lexus family! More

Too expensive I have always taken my car to a Lexus dealer. My car is 13 years old. I received a service estimate for $3,500! When I found a reputable place to do I have always taken my car to a Lexus dealer. My car is 13 years old. I received a service estimate for $3,500! When I found a reputable place to do the repairs that were absolutely necessary, the cost was less than $500. Finding out that so many of the repairs were not necessary made me feel like the Lexus dealer was trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. To add to my belief, a salesman who saw me waiting for my car was trying to get me into a new car which I would have been vulnerable due to the extremely high cost of repairs I was told my car “needed!” More
