Being charged for unnecessary service My wife came in to have them reset the service light for the 15000 miles. She was told it was 293 dollars for the maintenance. When she told them not My wife came in to have them reset the service light for the 15000 miles. She was told it was 293 dollars for the maintenance. When she told them not to do it he said we only had to pay 25 dollars for the tire rotation. Then we were told that there was a nail in the tire and we needed a new tire for 299. She was told that a picture was to be sent to my email but was never sent. I feel that my wife was taken advantage of. More

Everyone is so professional, helpful and kind! I was recently in for my 20k check up on my IS300. I always wait while my car is serviced. Howard Kent is the reason I returned to Treasure Coast Lexus and got my second car. He is amazing, along with Anthony Burruano and Kathy Register. Always great service! My experience with Treasure Coast Lexus for this service need was outstanding! I went to start my car in the morning and no go. Once my car arrived at Lexus, Rafael Salcedo handled the issue and called to say it was only the battery and he had already taken care of it. I only had to come pick it up! More
