Ms. Walser, I am very sorry to hear that after so much effort you are still this unhappy. I can assure you that we are just as unhappy to hear that. I appreciate you taking the time to write a review. Nobody likes to be criticized but the truth is, many times it is how we learn and improve. Our goal here is perfection but none of here are perfect. When we make mistakes or disappoint a Guest we do all we can to own our mistakes and try to correct them. We are normally very successful in these missions to make every Guest happy. The unfortunate reality is that even after our best efforts, sometimes we are still unable to fix things. I read your review and I can reluctantly accept the fact that you are unhappy with us. I don't like it, but I will accept it. The parts that I can not accept are your descriptions of "no response to emails" and "the very unprofessional Owner and General Manager (me)". I just reviewed my emails and there are no less than 4 emails between you and me. There are also multiple emails between you, me, and Lexus Corporate. In addition, I have records of speaking on the phone to both you, and separately, to your husband. All of these calls and emails were conducted in an effort to make you happy. I also have a record of you actually meeting with our Owner for over an hour at our Toyota store. This meeting was after phone calls between the two of you. Again, I am very sorry that you are unhappy and I accept our failure to fix this to your satisfaction. What I will not accept is the accusation that we did not respond to your issues or that we made no effort to help. Simply not true. If you would like to work together to find a solution then please let me know. You have my contact information. If you do not want to work with me, then you have our Owner's email and cell number. If you don't want to work with her then please contact your Sales Associate Carlton as you said he was trying to help you. We can try to work things out through him.
