I appreciated Kareem’s help in getting the spare tire cover loose after it had been installed incorrectly during recent maintenance and could not be removed. He told me a note was made in the record for the one who had installed it incorrectly. Unfortunately this happened once before a couple years ago. Paint did get chipped each time. Extremely wonderful Matthew Salton was absolutely the most politest, caring, and courteous service rep. Amazing, easy, efficient service. Recent service was for recall replacement of fuel pump. The new facility is beautiful, and the entire experience was smooth, easy, customer-friendly.
