Responsive Recall Service I take care of disabled person and unfortunately this takes up most of my time. Unfortunately my car was on a urgent recall list and I needed my norma I take care of disabled person and unfortunately this takes up most of my time. Unfortunately my car was on a urgent recall list and I needed my normal servicing. My concern to the service writer was the amount of time it would take to address the service needed for my Toyota. Toyota had the recall fix at a hour and half and normal service usually runs a hour. The service writer and technician was able to complete all the work in a hour which made me a happy camper. I have always have had excellent service with this dealership and will continue purchasing my vehicles from them. More

I was worried about how the rear bumper would be affected installing the trailer hitch; but it looks just as new as when I took it in (bought it on 12/31/19 from you. I did find just the tiniest nick to the paint in the back driver's side panel. I can't be sure when that happened but I do notice things as I'm very meticulous with my car. I also notice that many of the service staff weren't wearing masks and that's not good in this environment. Thank you for a quick job well done! More
