My experience was great. Jason the sales person was exceptional. I wanted to have my mechanic look the car over and Jason drove it there. He gave it an A+. I am 64 yrs old, and this was probably the best car buying experience ever. Negotiations were short and friendly and everyone here just made my life so much easier. Neville Silvera made it seem like I was buying a car from my next door neighbor. The sales manager Bobby Roderick was low stress and easy to communicate with. I've been ill lately and they even fed me lunch and basically took care of everything from A to Z. I bought a Toyota 4 Runner SR5 premium....and I love the car. It rides very smooth and handles well. If you asked me what one thing they could have done better....my answer would be nothing. This dealership is full of amazing people and it's clear they are very well run and very organized. Kudo's to all! PS... I forget the name of the gentleman in finance, but he was clearly 5 stars too. More
