7 years and 3 cars with Tyler and Troncalli 7 years ago we bought our 1st car from Tyler Grant at Troncalli. It was a Chrysler 300C which I still have and love. 5 years ago we bought a Jeep Che 7 years ago we bought our 1st car from Tyler Grant at Troncalli. It was a Chrysler 300C which I still have and love. 5 years ago we bought a Jeep Cherokee for my wife, again from Tyler. It was her 25th anniversary present! She loved that Jeep as much as I love my Chrysler. Unfortunately our daughter was driving the Jeep when she was broadsided by another car that made an illegal turn. It was a hard hit and the Jeep was totalled, but the important thing is that our daughter survived. She has some whiplash but is otherwise fine. While we were sad to lose the Jeep we were so very grateful that the Jeep had protected our daughter. Now we needed to get my wife a replacement vehicle. After how great Tyler and Troncalli have treated us in the past we called Tyler. We found a new Jeep Cherokee that my wife liked and bought it that day! I will mention this is the 4th Cherokee we have owned in our 30 year marriage. Once again Tyler took great care of us, as we knew he would. Over the last 7 years the Troncalli team has treated us well during our purchases and then equally well through the years with a great service department. While we would have preferred different circumstances it was nice to see Tyler again. Today's experience was great and we also enjoyed seeing PT again! Please accept our deepest thanks for treating us so well over the last 7 years. BTW please call Tyler and ask him to see the pictures of our family and our cars then and now!
