We followed up with a visit by me and my wife on Monday evening, resulting in the purchase of an automobile. Joe was most helpful, offering us several options, and with a great deal of patients showed us several cars. We appreciated his personal touch and his generous time. Joe offered no delays in his service; it was our thinking process that took the time. He graciously stayed later than his work hours, and ushered us into our vehicle once we were ready to leave, taking pictures before we actually drove away. This is been a delightful experience. More

Our sales rep Tyler Grant gave us all the time we wanted to sort through vehicles, I hate car dealerships, but this place does not have that feeling. Our sales rep Tyler Grant gave us all the time we wanted to sort through vehicles, showed us some hill climbing in the back (though I think that was more for his fun) and worked with us without pressure on the financials. Additionally, the finance rep, Glen Ballew, was a no pressure guy. I was hoping that they would match my credit union rate and he beat it without asking. They care about the customer. Negotiations still happen and are really unavoidable, they are in business to make money. But I feel I got a very fair price and don’t have any financial buyers remorse. More
