Feeling Let Down On two separate occasions had been told they had secured a dealer trade for the vehicle we wanted. Not only did Chad Giller answer me quickly (I did most of my transaction over the web), but he was professional, knowledgeable and understanding of my requests. I was treated professionally, given a great price, and was not given the run around which is everything I was looking for in a dealership. Upon taking delivery, I had a 3 page check list which I know could have been annoying for the sales person, but Chad left me to myself to go over the list which was very much appreciated. I wanted to make sure my Jeep was pristine before taking it home, and Chad was more than accommodating. I will recommend Troncalli (and more precisely Chad) to any friend and my family when they are in the market for a new vehicle. Bought a new 2014 Dodge Durango R/T AWD Daniel was a great sales person. He worked hard to get the vehicle I wanted especially since it was hard to find all the options I wanted with AWD dow Daniel was a great sales person. He worked hard to get the vehicle I wanted especially since it was hard to find all the options I wanted with AWD down in the south. He also let us try the truck with two different options in what I would say a decent test drive. He answered all my questions very patiently and stayed late till I took delivery of the vehicle. I really have to applaud Daniel for getting the vehicle since it was at another dealership who did not want to let go of the car. In the end the buying process was super easy with no pressure. The finance manager too was very helpful and worked with me on the numbers. We did haggle a bit a on the price but that was to be expected. In the end we came to a mutual agreement and believe everyone was happy with the result. I got a vehicle that I believe was a hard find and in the color I wanted with absolutely no compromises at a what I would call a decent price and Daniel got a sale. In addition I must say this is really nice dealership with a little play room that kept my lil one busy while we were discussing the vehicle.
