Feeling Let Down On two separate occasions had been told they had secured a dealer trade for the vehicle we wanted. Not only did Chad Giller answer me quickly (I did most of my transaction over the web), but he was professional, knowledgeable and understanding of my requests. I was treated professionally, given a great price, and was not given the run around which is everything I was looking for in a dealership. Upon taking delivery, I had a 3 page check list which I know could have been annoying for the sales person, but Chad left me to myself to go over the list which was very much appreciated. I wanted to make sure my Jeep was pristine before taking it home, and Chad was more than accommodating. I will recommend Troncalli (and more precisely Chad) to any friend and my family when they are in the market for a new vehicle.
