We can accept vehicles for "Quick Lube Express Service " until 5:45PM Monday thru Friday and until 5:15PM on Saturday. We offer shuttle service, rental vehicles, and if you choose, a large waiting area with KEURIG Coffee and a children's play area.
Our Collision Center is here to help you protect your investment. We have highly qualified I-CAR trained personnel and a state of the art repair facility with all of the necessary equipment to restore your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. We repair ALL makes and models and work with ALL insurance companies!

Sales Department, and Bill Smith, are a delight to work with. Bill is very knowledgeable about how the displays, radio, and all the other electronics in the car I purchased work and how to set properly. with. He never failed to call me when he said would or when new information was available. I cannot say enough about him. In addition, the finance manager I met with to sign the paperwork was able to explain what I was signing and in particular how the extended warranty plan with Mopar works in plain, everyday English. He also gave me the paperwork I would need to get my poro rata refund due back from Mopar for the car I traded in. The only negative about the dealership is your service department, in particular one of the Service Managers, who was just plain rude and talked down to me a week or so ago. In fact, I will most likely bring my new car to another dealership due to the unprofessional, detached customer service representatives in the Service Department. More

I now have a 4th appointment at Troncalli to fix the same issue. Transmission related. First time they replaced the valve body which did not fix the issue. 2nd time they replaced the tramsmission (with a issue. Transmission related. First time they replaced the valve body which did not fix the issue. 2nd time they replaced the tramsmission (with a remanufactured transmission), that transmission failed. 3rd time they replaced the transmission again (another remanufactured one). As a result of that 2nd transmission replacement my Hwy gas mileage has now dropped from 20 MPG avg (4x4 ram 1500 Hemi) to 16 MPG. Significant drop due to a transmission replacement. Approximately 65,000 miles on the truck. On the 3rd transmission now. Each time I make an appointment (which is usually at least a week out) then I have to wait for service and in 2 cases wait for a transmission. This has been ongoing for months now. I contacted Ram and their suggestion was to google dealers in my area and try another, not really helpful More
