I don't like high pressure sales people and cautioned him right I contacted Troncalli about a Chrysler Pacifica and was put in touch with Tyler Grant. I don't like high pressure sales people and cautioned him right off that I would walk away from the van if this happened. The same van was in South Carolina near me, but had a few more miles on it and was lower in price. Tyler worked with me on the pricing. His dealership was about 1 hr more in drive time. Tyler understood, we spoke on the phone, followed up via email through out the day. All within the same day, I decided that it was the van I wanted. My family and I drove from Simpsonville, SC to the dealership that evening. GPS directions took us to the wrong part of Atlanta causing us to be very late and arriving to the dealership after it closed. Tyler Grant and the finance person waited for us. Tyler had all of the paperwork done. We quickly test drove in the dark and bought the van. I trust Tyler Grant and will do continue to buy future vehicles from him. More
