My daughter found a used 2014 Ford Escape online she really liked at Troncalli Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and wanted me to go check it out so I smiled, rolled my eyes and thought, here we go. I emailed Tyler Grant about the car and met him at the dealership with my son. I had no plans to buy the car as we had not looked at many Escape's yet but I wanted an extra set of eyes to look at the car before I brought my daughter over to see it. We did and found a couple of things that needed attention but was impressed enough to bring her to the dealership later that evening. While we were gone, Tyler had the car completely detailed again. My daughter loved it but it was late on a Friday (it was Labor Day weekend) and we were late meeting some friends for dinner so we left and came back on Tuesday to close the deal. Tyler was awesome to work with! Very personable not only to me but my kids as well. Excellent customer service! Never pushy and worked with us on the couple of issues with the car above and beyond our satisfaction. Our experience there was not at all what I was expecting. I had a list of cars I had already selected on line. He was able to show me the cars on my list - answer any questions I had and provided me some direction that I asked for. I ended up purchasing a certified car from Tristen Carter for my son. We were not on the lot all day. An enjoyable, stress-free experience I purchased a one year old Toyota Tacoma, but planned to finance it through my own bank, which turned into a nightmare. First one delay, then anothe I purchased a one year old Toyota Tacoma, but planned to finance it through my own bank, which turned into a nightmare. First one delay, then another, then another, using a half a tank of gas going back so many times. Finally, at the last minute I was told I would have to pay $250 in closing costs. That did it. I went back to Troncalli and within an hour and a half I was driving home in my new truck. BTW, the interest rates were the same and no closing costs. I would also like to commend Brian and Royce. Two pros who know their stuff and laughed at my dumb jokes. More
