Had an appointment 09:00 for realignment of front wheels and break light problem. Turned the car in 08:45. 10:55 (thats right 10:55) got the message what to be done and about price. Two hours to find out about just the need too change a break light swith.....it must be done within minutes if there is a professional car mechanic. It cannot be hard to find or understand to chech at the very beginning.....checked out 11:20..... If there is "standard" prices for specific works to be done ....why come and have me agree to a price..?? How could I denied..?? More

Lee basically "delivered" my new Grand Cherokee. Explained all the features. Very patient and hospitable. Then I took it to Johnny for installation of side steps/running boards. T Cherokee. First of all I love my Chrysler 300, Merlene Morris was my sales person who was a delight to work with. She sent me a birthday greeting which I thought was very nice. I was blown away with the awesome service I received in the collision center. My Mazda 3 looks better than new. These guys went the extra mile, from quotes, to drop off and pick up these guys had it togeth the collision center. My Mazda 3 looks better than new.
