I was able to get prompt service from Kevin the next day, as I was late for my pre arranged appointment. Levi. Spent the time needed, and was patient with my wife and I, as we decided to make the purchase. Kevin informed us about the possibility of another customer wanting to view/purchase the vehicle. Usually I would think "that is just a line", but I had no doubt that had we not made our purchase Monday pm, it would have been gone on Tuesday. Kevin and Louie stayed late, and arranged for our purchase contract, in a pleasant environment. We are very pleased with our experience, and with our vehicle purchase. I will recommend, as well as re-visit Tucson Subaru when I purchase my next vehicle. I appreciate the culture of "No pressure", as this generally make me want to leave.
