Our experience at Tucson Subaru Peter was extremely friendly to myself and my parents and was able to give us a good deal on a great car! Any issues with my new car buying experience relate to changes in the process over the years. Maybe in response to transparency of invoice information online, the salesman and sales manager are the "good guys"- giving a bottom line price quickly and fairly. Unfortunately, many of the add-ons presented at the finance office do not have the same level of transparency and can catch a person off-guard. More

Finally after 15 years we found Trent, the car guy Trent is respectful of our time, always very professional, and he cuts through all the stuff you don't like and makes buying a car the special event it really should be. This is our sixth purchase from Tucson Subaru, and the second from Trent. Do yourself a favor, and when your looking for a great car, look for Trent , the car guy! you'll be glad you did! More

Love-Encore delivery I received an email from Darla, asking if I would like to come in to learn more about the features of my new Outback. I went in and she showed me thin I received an email from Darla, asking if I would like to come in to learn more about the features of my new Outback. I went in and she showed me things that I had no idea the car could do. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. The experience was a wonderful added benefit of purchasing a Subaru.
