I walked into Tucson Subaru with my car savvy 30 year old son to It doesn't take a village to help you buy your next car just a really good salesman. I walked into Tucson Subaru with my car savvy 30 year old son to look at a new Outback. I just finished restoring my 2006 LL Bean Outback and was giving it to my son and was soon to be car less. We walked in asked the receptionist for their best salesman. She got up went back to the sales department and brought back Bob Wilson. Bob was immediately friendly and enthusiastic about meeting us. We went back to his desk and he began to ask all the right questions about what w were looking for in a vehicle. Bob had a wealth of information about Subaru's and just about anything else you wanted to talk about. We soon understood that we were working with someone who was a devoted Subaru owner himself which speaks volumes to a perspective car owner. After a while we narrowed the choice to the Outback 3.6 essentially the 2017 equivalent to my previous car. My son and I test drove the vehicle and Bob did an excellent job of showing all of the cars features and answered all of our questions. Back at his desk he quickly put together a quote on the car. We let him know that we were going to test drive an Volvo and Volkswagen later in the day. we exchanged contact information and we left. After checking out the other makes we decided that the Outback was the right car for our family. I called Bob and made arrangements to have my wife come in with me and test drive the 3.6. She wanted to have us drive the 6 cylinder and 4 cylinder to compare. Bob greeted us with the same friendliness and enthusiasm and had both vehicles ready for our test drive. The test drive went as well as the first and we went home to make our final decision. We let Bob know about our decision an he made the arrangements for us to come down and finalize the transaction and pick up the car. We settled on the Outback 3.6 Touring. We came down and were able to drive away in our new a Outback in about 2 hours. Everybody we worked with was friendly and very helpful. We left very happy and with a dozen roses. At no time did I feel any pressure to close the deal. Bob was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend working with him and Tucson Subaru. Leo Katz . More

A big Thank You to Trent Nichols (Internet Mgr) , Louie Ascencio (F&I Mgr) and John Petersavage (GM) for making the process quick, no back n forth games, honest and upfront. I had contacted Trent expressing wishes to get a new 2017 Outback Ltd with Eyesight at a price I was comfortable with. Noting down my information, I heard back from him within a few minutes that it was a yes and replied that we would head over to the dealership in the evening to sign the papers. Actual time spent to finalize the purchase price: 5 minutes. Once at the dealership, the actual signing process with Louie at the Fin Office took 30 minutes -- we purchased the 3yr/42K Subaru Maintenance Contract and there was no hardsell/upsell for any other products. It was a very pleasant experience, unlike other dealerships' F&I office. This was our 4th new Subaru purchase ( and 6th new car purchase) in 9 years. Our experience at Tucson Subaru has been one of the best till date. More
