My parents recommended working with Joe Micoletti and he did not disappoint on any level. Joe listened to what we were looking for, made suggestions, and made every step of the process a pleasure to work through. At no time did we feel pressured or misled. Joe clearly answered every question we had, which allowed us to make decisions with ease. We also had the pleasure of working with Tim Hanson in the finance department. Tim was efficient and excellent at communicating additional options with our purchase. We even purchased additional warranties that we may not have previously considered given Tim's guidance.
