Awesome No Pressure Buying Experience! I enjoyed the relaxed, professional atmosphere of the Subaru dealership on Oracle Rd. in Tucson. Trent Nichols was the sales rep who assisted me in ge I enjoyed the relaxed, professional atmosphere of the Subaru dealership on Oracle Rd. in Tucson. Trent Nichols was the sales rep who assisted me in getting into a great car at an affordable price. I started out looking for a Mazda 3 i Grand Touring sedan, but have had a few financing hurdles through my search. Unlike other dealerships, when Trent ran into some of those stumbling blocks, he didn't try to find me a lesser car to drive off in that would've completed a sale for him, while leaving me feeling like I settled for less. Instead, Trent figured out how to get me into the car I wanted by working on finding the right financing so I could drive away feeling like I got a great deal. Trent Nichols really is a no pressure sales rep who wants to satisfy the customer first and foremost. He made himself available to me the whole time and was able to answer all of my questions, including ones I didn't even know to ask. I would strongly recommend the Subaru dealership for your car search, and ask for Trent Nichols to be your sales rep. When I buy my next car, I plan on following my own recommendation. More

Very good I came in as a first time car buyer and I was pretty nervous. I was looking at the Subaru wrx and I had a limited experience with manual transmissions I came in as a first time car buyer and I was pretty nervous. I was looking at the Subaru wrx and I had a limited experience with manual transmissions. I told my salesman this and he took me for a test drive to show me how to drive it. After I had purchased the car he even offered to drive to my house so I didn't have to drive it in traffic for the first time. The dealership is very nice and friendly. We were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles and handshakes by everyone. We went in knowing which car we wanted and they had it ready for us to test drive. Trent was very kind and answered all of our questions. The whole experience was a pleasure and went very smoothly. We had 2 young children with us and Curt the finance guy was very understanding since he has children himself and understood our urgency to finish the sale since the kiddos were pretty cranky and ready for naps and was great at explaining everything. We would definately come back and refer anybody looking for a car here. More

Disappointed with my sales experience. Let me start by saying I inquired about a vehicle via the website on a day the dealership was closed. I was pleasantly surprised I was contacted by a sales team member the same day and began negotiations immediatly to earn my business. The salesman and I exchanged atleast 5 emails prior to my going to the dealer. I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday noon with the same sales person. My drive to the dealership is approximately a 30-40 minute drive on a Saturday with no traffic. As I am about 2 miles from the dealership, I receive a phone call from my salesman advising he had another customer show up and could I reschedule for 330 in the afternoon, reluctantly I agreed as he sold me on he wanted to give me his un divided attention. I drive the 30-40 minutes back home to turn around and drive back arriving exactly at 330. My salesman comes out and says he is finishing with another customer, he will go to the back and pull the car around front for my wife and I to look at while he finishes. My wife and I wait about 20-25 minutes, I go walk around looking at other vehicles in the showroom, my salesman walks over to my wife and tells her "I'm sorry and embarrassed but the vehicle is sold". What a waste of an entire Saturday!!!! More

Go see Rudy! I went to Precision Toyota, Jim Click and Subaru in my search for my next vehicle. I really couldn't speak more highly of anyone than of Rudy Burneo. He really listened to what my husband and I wanted for our next car and took the time to lay out all the options to find the best fit for us.
