More importantly, I was able to quickly perceive that he is a man of upstanding character (and I have a pretty strong radar on this kind of stuff.) He gave us a very fair offer on our trade in (I had done a lot of research, so I knew what it was worth). After a small negotiation he was able to bump up another $500 on it. As other reviewers have indicated there is no sales pressure, only a friendly and welcoming attitude on the part of all the employees, and lots of good information and guidance. Curt McHenry, our sales representative, displayed these company characteristics in spades -- a pleasure to work with, highly knowledgeable, an excellent mentor in the many new features of the 2015 models, who gave us the guidance we needed. The people are friendly and helpful, the place is spotless, the staff works together to make the process seamless. When the car I wanted did not come in, Trent found me the exact same car except for color(which was a very acceptable color for me). Trent spent lots of time with me to make sure I was comfortable with all the systems, before I drove off the lot and home 5 hours away. To top it off, I have never received a bouquet of red roses when buying a car! How great is that - new car smell and the fragrance of roses! More
