Best new car buying experience I ever had! Took my 2011 Outback in for service with no expectation of buying a new one. While waiting for my car I talked to Curt McHenry whom I knew when he worked in service. We chatted for awhile and then he asked me if I would like to look at and drive a new 2015 Outback and I said "sure", and we went out for a drive and I just loved it, Curt told me that there was absolutely no pressure but if I wanted to, he could run some numbers to see if driving home in a new Outback was possible, and just out of curiosity I again said "sure", still not expecting to get a new Outback. I was stunned with the figures he came back with and I just said, "where do I sign?" Curt was terrific! He's very friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable, but best of all he makes you feel very comfortable; like you're hanging out with an old friend. The Finance Manager was Tim Hansen, and again, no pressure to buy anything I didn't want, just a real nice friendly guy who took the time to explain all of the options available to me. He was excellent in helping me decide on what I wanted and what I didn't need. Like I said, it was the best new car buying experience I ever had, quick, easy and no hassles, just very friendly people trying to do everything they can to make you happy. Tucson Subaru is an outstanding dealership, congratulations on such a great team and great facility. Finally, to top it all off, my wife was not expecting me to come home with a new Outback, she was thrilled with the car and the dozen roses Curt gave me to take home to her. It was a great day!!! It was a fantastic experience--no sales person jumping on you as you walk on the lot. We were greeted by CJ Nichols. He was so nice and very non pushy!!! We were very impressed with all the knowledge he had about all the Subaru's. After test driving the forester and the outback, we decided on the outback---WONDERFUL!!! It has so many bells and whistles on it but CJ made everything so easy to understand. I was intimidated at first with everything, but after driving off the lot I was very comfortable. I would recommend asking for CJ! Also Tim Hanson the Finance Manager was extremely nice and made the paperwork go smoothly! Great job~~~ Very happy customer!!! More

Back office screwed up numbers on original paperwork and made me drive an hour (each way) to fix their mistake. Did not even try to thank me or accommodate anything. Their error $500 error, all I got is inconvenienced, no price adjustment, no tank of gas, no car wash, no thank you from manager. Afterwards asked service to calibrate my tires, which took 45 minutes! More
