Wonderful--no hassle! Just got home from purchasing my brand-new 2015 outback. This is my first that I purchased from Subaru. It was a fantastic experience--no sales person jumping on you as you walk on the lot. We were greeted by CJ Nichols. He was so nice and very non pushy!!! We were very impressed with all the knowledge he had about all the Subaru's. After test driving the forester and the outback, we decided on the outback---WONDERFUL!!! It has so many bells and whistles on it but CJ made everything so easy to understand. I was intimidated at first with everything, but after driving off the lot I was very comfortable. I would recommend asking for CJ! Also Tim Hanson the Finance Manager was extremely nice and made the paperwork go smoothly! Great job~~~ Very happy customer!!! More

Back office screwed up numbers on original paperwork and made me drive an hour (each way) to fix their mistake. Did not even try to thank me or accommodate anything. Their error $500 error, all I got is inconvenienced, no price adjustment, no tank of gas, no car wash, no thank you from manager. Afterwards asked service to calibrate my tires, which took 45 minutes! More

Best experience ever!!! After tons of research into different vehicles (Mazda, Jeep, Honda & Subaru), we knew we wanted to go with the Subaru Forester. It has the best safet After tons of research into different vehicles (Mazda, Jeep, Honda & Subaru), we knew we wanted to go with the Subaru Forester. It has the best safety reviews and consumer reviews. And Tucson Subaru had really good reviews as well. From the minute we got out of our car and started walking up to the entrance, we were greeted by very friendly representatives who asked is we had an appointment and if so with whom. We were immediately directed to the Receptionist and introduced. The receptionist paged the representative we were there to meet with. From a previous phone conversation with him, he told me if he was busy he would make sure that his partner would assist us. He was busy with other customers so we were assisted by is partner, Rudy. Initially, we went in with the intent of buying a used Subaru Forester because we thought that would be most affordable for us (within our price range). However, after further discussions with Rudy, we decided to take him up on the lease option. This would put us into a NEW vehicle WITHIN OUR PRICE RANGE!!!! He was not pushy and was very professional. We had a previous engagement to get to, so Rudy ensured we had all the appropriate paperwork completed. Upon return the next morning, Rudy spent ample time with me going over the vehicle. I then met with Traci in the Finance Department and was once again, treated well. She went over all the aspects of the leasing process & options. This was the best, pressure free car buying experience ever! I love my new Subaru Forester and would highly recommend Tucson Subaru and Rudy Burneo!! More
