Trent knows his product, and had a lot of good industry information right at his fingertips. The dealership's team approach got me in and out in a surprisingly quick fashion, and when I had to come back a few days later to get some information I wanted , Trent's cooperative approach with his co-workers allowed me to do that at my convenience, as opposed to waiting on him.
