Second New Forester/ Same great buying experience I had some damage to the old Forester and it was getting some high miles on the dial. I brought it in for service and while I was waiting I went on the sales floor to look at the new models. Started a conversation with Steve Willis and asked him to appraise my forester, a 2010 model as a trade in. When he came back with the offer it just didn't make sense not to trade it in. Steve asked me, and listened to what I wanted and within 5 minutes had two new Foresters front and center equipped exactly as I had asked. He took over, got my offer accepted, and I did not have to deal with any other person until I applied for the financing. What a great and helpful sales representative Steve is. I would recommend that you ask for him if you plan on purchasing a new Subaru. He will give you genuine help and guidance in your purchase. NO pressure. What a great experience. This is my second new car from this dealership and I really don't see any reason to go anywhere else. Great car, great service. More

I was so done with black leather seats! Ouch! I spotted a white 2008 Volvo C70 convertible with light gray interior for sale online at Tucson Subaru that looked like it might be a match for me. Kevin was very professional. We made an appointment to meet for a test drive , and everything just fell into place. We closed the deal in 24 hours. It has been 5 months and I am loving my hard-top convertible. The car is a dream to drive and handles beautifully. Thanks, Kevin! I wasn't quite ready to buy when I first visited If Subaru had a category for "National Salesman of the Year", Joe Micoletti would get my vote! I wasn't quite ready to buy when I first visited Tucson Subaru because I wanted to see if the information in Consumer Reports about Subaru really rang true and I wanted to test drive several models that CR recommended (and not just Subarus). From the moment I met Joe, his friendliness and easy-going manner alleviated any concerns I had about getting pushed into making a deal. We went for several test drives in several different models and I told Joe that I was still going to visit other dealerships before I would make a decision. And even though I kept coming back to test drive under different conditions (sunny, rainy and night time), Joe was always friendly and answered every question I had. He kept assuring me that he would work with me until we found the right vehicle for me. His customer service skills are fabulous and his easy-going manner made this car buying experience exceptionally easy and fun! And after I read the manual, marking many pages where clarification was needed, Joe spent the time answering each question and concern I had. And should any issues appear on the horizon, I am quite confident that I will be able to visit with Joe and have those concerns addressed. I would recommend that anyone who wanted to buy a Subaru in Tucson look up Joe Micoletti and experience what fabulous customer service really looks like! Excellent My first contact with Tucson Subaru was in 2001 when I brought a Forester that I'd purchased in Massachusetts in for service. The person whom I dealt with then was Dan Ford and his helpfulness and friendliness convinced me that you guys were a great dealership. When it came time to buy a new car, I ended up making first contact with Ken Murch in sales. He too was friendly and helpful and I didn't even look at other brands or dealerships. How could any be better than you guys? I ended up buying a 2015 Outback, with which my wife and I are very pleased. We've dealt with a few other folks there who deserve special mention: Wendy, who in a one minute phone call, diagnosed and solved a steering wheel jam problem I was having with the old Forester (the ignition key was worn) and Matt Price, who handled all the arrangements while the new car was being prepped. My apologies if I have left some one out. I recommend Tucson Subaru unreservedly. More

I first met CJ over 6 months ago at the post office near where I live. CJ saw me approaching my Forester and started some chat about it. At the time I was not looking for a car because I recently purchased one. I do not seem to have much luck with cars and that car burned up. I started to explore options on replacing the car looking at many brands and researching customer reviews on them. I came back to looking at Subaru on the internet, different search modes and started making calls to gain additional info on the cars. I saw a car of interest on Tucson Subaru web page and made a call to CJ because of the short conversation at the post office. Anyhow I now own an Outback and want to recommend CJ because he takes time to talk and does not shoot the breeze. CJ wears the hat of Tucson Subaru on and off the job. great work CJ. More
