This is in sharp contrast to the 4 other Tucson dealerships that I visited during the week that I bought my Forrester. In fact, I spent about 20 minutes exploring this model on the showroom floor without interference. It was only after I asked the receptionist a question that Steve, a sales rep, appeared. He was very professional, yet informal so I felt at ease and comfortable. He was knowledgeable and provided answers to the many questions I had. He also did nice things like couple my cell phone to Bluetooth, programmed the optional garage door opener and spent time explaining controls and features in the cabin. I've had my Forrester for 10 days and have just over 600 miles on the odometer. Not a long time, I know, but during this time I've discovered things that weren't obvious during my test drive. Among the pleasant surprises were the quiet interior while driving, the pleasant ride, the great handling, and simple dash layout. In comparison to the car I traded, road noise is considerably less, the road bumps are still there but they are soft. Not the sharp, jarring ride of my 2014 sedan. The Forrester handles like a sports car on turns. Not recommended, but I can take "30 mph curves" at 50 mph. There is no drift; it runs like its on rails! Aside from the sound system, there are few controls/buttons on the dash. No hunting among a collection of pretty looking buttons for climate control! A definite plus, in my opinion. In summary, an outstanding dealership with courteous, professional employees, heads above the rest in Tucson ..... offering a great car at a very attractive price. Got EXACTLY what I wanted :) Both Trent and Traci were wonderful to work with. Trent worked my case days before I went in and did a lot of work to get me exactly what i wanted. Very friendly and professional dealership I was looking at other dealerships on a Saturday and decided to pop into this one to see what they had to offer. They had a great selection of used I was looking at other dealerships on a Saturday and decided to pop into this one to see what they had to offer. They had a great selection of used cars and the staff was extremely helpful! I ended up leaving with a car the was in excellent condition and was fairly priced. On top of that the staff was fantastic. Trent made my family and I feal at home. Instead of fealing like we were dealing with a "used car salesman" we felt like we were talking with a friend! Then to top it off, Tim in finance was great also great! We didn't feal pressured into decisions and this is why we will be back in the future. More

I never felt there was high pressure...maybe because their cars sell themselves. Curt and Chris were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with before, during, and after the transaction. Louie explained all of the financial details thoroughly and also was friendly. I'm glad Subaru makes such great vehicles, but even if they didn't, I be tempted to buy from Tucson Subaru because of the friendly, low pressure, trustworthy , and knowledgeable employees! A+ in my opinion! More
