Purchase of a Used Toyota at Subaru We saw a used Toyota Sienna at the Subaru Dealership online. We went down on a Friday evening and were assisted by Steve Norris. Unlike the night before, we looked at and test drove several Subaru models as well as the Sienna. Steve was very thorough in answering all of our questions and educating us about the various features and differences on the Subaru models both new and used. Because my husband is very detail oriented, Steve spent quite a bit of time with us and we left that day in the used Sienna. We negotiated several times on the purchase price and were never pressured and always treated respectfully. We were then assisted by Tim Hanson in their finance department. Should we decide to purchase another vehicle in the future, we would certainly consider visiting Tucson Subaru and their staff again. More
